Prince Kaybee Flees Pretoria’s popular nightclub Propaganda as roof collapses. Pretoria’s popular nightclub Propaganda which has 3000 sitting capacity collapsed during the Halloween party.

South African Disc jockey Prince Kaybee who happened to be present at the club for a live performance luckily escaped while so many others are trapped beneath the fallen roof.
