President Edgar Lungu has allowed youths in Ndola on the Copperbelt to start accessing ore rich materials from the Bwana Mukubwa Copper Mine Dumpsite.
Copperbelt Province Mobilisation Coordinator Bowman Lusambo disclosed this when he handed over the dump site to the youths in Ndola.
Mr. Lusambo said President Lungu wants the youths in Ndola to be independent and support their families.
He urged the youths to form cooperatives that will see everyone benefit from the copper dumpsite.
And Copperbelt Province Mobilisation Financial Director Warren Mwambazi called on the youths to reciprocate the love the president has shown them by turning out in numbers and give him a vote on August 12.
Meanwhile representing the beneficiaries, Thomas Kasombwe thanked president Lungu for empowering the youths in the district.
