Former president seems to possess no other choice than to seem before the court on the listed dates by the Deputy judge .
Deputy judge Raymond Zondo has set down 16 to twenty November for former President Jacob Zuma to seem before the state capture commission.
He warned that the dates set for Zuma’s appearance can’t be negotiated.
Zondo said that if Zuma lawyers refuses to accept as true with the dates laid down, he would issue a summons on 9 October.
The deputy judge indicated that the most reason why Zuma won’t appear in court in the week needless to say was that he’s preparing for his trial.
Zondo confirmed that Zuma’s lawyers wrote to form him aware that he wouldn’t appear in court in the week with reasons associated with his health as doctors had advised him to limit his movements during the COVID-19 pandemic due to his age.
Zuma’s lawyers had the intention of discussing an enjoyable dates but Zondo said that the commission wouldn’t negotiate with them.
Zondo isn’t willing to discuss Zuma’s reasons.
