According to recent reports, it had been reported that the Sukazi and Highlands deal for the Lions of the North premiership status had failed after the rejection from Premier Soccer League with reasons supported the section 112 of the businesses act.
This happened after the League need to know that not all Highlands shareholders agreed with the sale. Moreover, Sinky Mnisi, a shareholder with Highlands, also came bent say he’s divided with the sale.
However, Sukazi said the deal there has been a hit with the deal, which has been signed and labelled and has tagged it as a “big achievement” in his life.
Sukazi also said the sale is awaiting approval from the PSL executive committee and also revealed that the players still present with Highlands would be his responsibility.
“This may be a big achievement on behalf of me and therefore the many SA football fans who want something different in our local football, those that want fresh and new ideas,” Sukazi told SAFM.
“The deal is completed , it’s signed and sealed. i do know there was a tweet yesterday that the deal is off. But some people are sensational and wish to create confusion and stories on faith the facts. The PSL letter is obvious , they’re going to approve the deal. we will start celebrating.”
