In the past 24 hours, 100 and forty-two more patients have succumbed to COVID-19 in South Africa after contracting the virus. This brings the price to fifteen ,641.
The Health Department said within the past 24 hours, 772 new infections are recorded which takes the entire number of cases within the country to quite 651,000.
However, the recovery rate is now at 89.5%, which suggests that 583,000 people have recovered thus far .
