Mvala and Shalulile close to Sundowns switch

MAMELODI SUNDOWNS hope TO LAND TWO MORE PLAYERS TO THEIR TEAM, FOLLOWING A SIGNING OF GEORGE MALULEKA AND LESEDI KAPINGA IN PREPARATION FOR THE 2020/21 SEASON

Mamelodi Sundowns is claimed to possess agreed a affect Highlands Park for both midfielder Mothobi Mvala and striker Peter Shalulile after they won the league last week Saturday.

 

Shalulile was among the highest goal scorers having an equivalent number of goals within the league with Gabadinho Mhango from Orlando Pirates. Both of them scored 16 goals in 30 games played.

“Mvala and Shalulile are sold for Mamelodi Sundowns by the Highlands after the league closed,” a source told Phakaaathi.

“The deal is completed , the players are leaving but we aren’t sure once they are going to be unveiled by Sundowns but both clubs have agreed on terms and therefore the players are going to be with Sundowns next season.”

The chairman of Highlands – Larry Brookstone didn’t want to form make a discuss the sale of the club’s star players and redirected the inquiries to Sundowns.

“I would really like to answer no comment to your question,” Brookstone told Phakaaathi when called to weigh in on the sale of the players.”
