Following incidents of violence that sparked at Clicks stores across South Africa , the govt has condemned such act from the EFF.

Jackson Mthembu, minister within the Presidency said the govt isn’t in support with the advert that portrayed black people’s hair as dry and damaged.

Mthembu also said the thanks to resolve such conflict isn’t by getting involved in lawless behaviour.

“We remain committed to the values of democracy. Any sort of discrimination or violation of human rights for whatever reason can’t be tolerated because it undermines the progress made in building a united democratic country,” Mthembu said during a statement.

Mthembu has beckoned on South Africans to desist from such acts of violence and from taking the law into their own hands.
